Leah Larson-Rabin, Ph.D.
Chief Research Officer
Dr. Leah Larson-Rabin has more than 20 years of experience in program and institutional research and evaluation. Most recently, she has worked as a consultant on independent projects for several non-profit entities, ranging from strategic planning and risk management, to program development and institutional research within independent schools.
Leah has built and overseen international programs focused on human rights and democratic norm-building, and has trained non-profit organizations in governance and scenario planning. She has practiced law in the US and China, served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa, and worked for the state and federal government. Her articles and op-eds have appeared in academic and policy publications, and she speaks several languages.

Leah received a B.A. from Williams College and a M.P.A./J.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rebecca Dallek, M.S.
Chief Technology Officer
Rebecca Dallek has over two decades in the field of Education Technology. Most recently, Rebecca was the Director of Technology for McLean School in Maryland where she reimagined the school-wide approach to data and its application, designing and building best practices to enhance the mission and strategic goals of the organization.

Previously, Rebecca was Network Manager for a large advertising agency in NYC, and worked in a variety of roles at Schoolnet, including Director of Client services. As Director, Rebecca led the team that guided the client districts through assessment and strategy for aggregating data, applying effective analysis to increase student success rates and strengthen teaching and learning programs.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and her Master’s in Computing in Education from Columbia University, Teachers College.
